Search

Welcome to the SENCER Search Page. Below are two ways for you to locate resources on this site. The Google search will allow you to search all resources, news, initiatives, and events on the SENCER site by keyword.

The second search option, the SENCER Digital Library, is a more advanced function launched in 2008 that allows users to conduct fine, detailed searches of SENCER models courses, backgrounders, and essays on a variety of facets in these four general areas: civic issues, pedagogy/learning strategies, assessment tools, and academic disciplines. The documents themselves have also been reformatted to make them easier to access and use.

In early 2009 we will add a feature that invites you to submit a resource for inclusion in the Digital Library, such as model courses, backgrounders, short or long essays, syllabi, etc. Submissions will be reviewed by SENCER staff, and if approve will be added to the Library. This form will promote access to and facilitate the use of the growing collection of resources to members of the SENCER community and others interested in improving learning and building civic capacity.
