Program Fee

Thanks to generous support from the University of Maryland and the National Science Foundation, the cost per participant is just $50. This program fee covers the cost of materials, transportation, and a small portion of the meals that will be provided.

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and lodging, but NCSCE has reserved a block of rooms at an inn on the University of Maryland campus at a reduced rate of $127 (plus tax) per room.  Please see the ‘Lodging’ link on the main DC Symposium page for details on making a reservation at the hotel.

Payment

Payment for the program fee can be made by check or credit card and either by individuals or by the college or university with which the participant is affiliated.  Payment is due to the SENCER office by March 26, 2009.

A receipt will be emailed once the check is received.

To pay by credit card, please complete the credit card authorization form and either mail the completed form to the above address OR fax the form to 202-483-1800. Only Visa and MasterCard accepted. An receipt will be sent upon payment. If paying with a credit card, include an email address on the authorization form in order to automatically receive confirmation when the credit card is processed.   Please note that the email will come from the processing service, and may note the Harrisburg University of Science and Technology.
