LODGING OPTIONS

On-campus Lodging

The Institute lodging option is on-campus housing at UNCA in all-suite residence halls.  The halls are located on-campus a short walk from all Institute activities.  Shuttles will be available during the evenings of July 30th, July 31st and August 1st to transport participants staying on campus and their guests to downtown Asheville and back.  Parking will be available at no cost throughout the Institute.

Off-campus Lodging

Institute participants who do not wish to stay on campus may make their own lodging arrangements and are responsible for getting to and from Institute activities on their own.  Parking is available on the UNCA campus. 

A shuttle bus will run from the Renaissance Asheville to the UNCA campus on July 29, 30, 31, and August 1 and 2.  On July 29, shuttles will begin running at 3pm, prior to the start of on-site registration at 4pm.

All shuttle schedules will be noted in the SSI 2010 program.
